The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 7,                                  
2005, calendar (page 1719), was read the third time:                                                
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 139(FIN)                                                    
    "An Act relating to termination and oversight of boards,                                        
    commissions, and agency programs; extending the termination                                     
    date of the Board of Marital and Family Therapy; and providing

Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the
